The staff is very good but hotel policies and processes are disappointing. Not progressive.

The staff was friendly. The rooms are nice.

Bad check-in and check-out experience. We had to wait for almost an hour checking in. Also, asking for cash deposits instead of credit card guarantees is backward. Beach access is not ideal for the elderly.

I like the location, quiet and not to far from center, staff service is excellent. Food in the restaurant is great! Comfortable beds and property.

The door is our room was not working well it was not architecturally fitted on the structure itself that’s why it was so hard for our kids to handle it. We have to assist them every time. The restaurant closed early evening.

The WiFi did not work for four whole days. The property is connected to the beach by a staircase, but it is quite a steep rise. The breakfast is not that good, especially the rice and meat dishes.

Overall this was a great find considering its amenities, the distance to the beach, and that we booked 2 weeks prior to

We stayed 5 days in Pinnacle since we booked last minute with limited options. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It is right behind the Lind so it will take some walking and stairs to get to and from your room to the beach, so it’s not quite recommendable for seniors/people with mobility problems. This wasn’t a problem for the younger people though. Room is nice and big, cleaned well daily. With fresh towels and beach towels available for you daily. Water bottles provided on first day. The rest of the time, there were no more water bottles but there is a purified water dispenser outside our room. No hair dryer in the room but the front desk was able to provide one for me when I asked. Breakfast was a good, decent selection. Staff are helpful and nice. Shuttle to and from DMall was a great perk, and saves you money since a one way trip of the same distance costs around 150-200 Php.

Our room was a bit awkwardly set up. The sink was right beside the bed and open air/access. Door to the toilet and shower was also open air (the partition/door is only halfway through the ceiling). You would be able to hear everything in the bathroom from your bed. I did not ask for a different room anymore since my companions were comfortable in their adjacent room. I skipped the coffee daily since it didn't taste like coffee at all. Would have liked to use the gym but this was not furnished yet.

Location next to the nicest area of White Beach. Very tasty breakfast and food in restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious with cleaning service every day.Staff is very friendly.

The only one minus of the hotel(but propably every hotel in this area) is really high humidity in the room.

Nice short trip!

The staff and food were excellent. They managed to assist us one afternoon even thought they had a major event going on. The most difficult part was arranging transportation on arrival. we were not able to book through the resort on the way in and it was a long trip. I arranged to meet a colleague there and she and her husband loved it. We had a very good time.

Arrival from airport. I think the resort could do more to reach out to people in this area.

the front desk staff especially Wendy and Sunday were the highlight of my stay. they really made me feel welcome and ass

the view from my balcony was perfect. the lobby was open and picturesque.

Breakfast was ok. Pool wasn’t heated so it got too cold at times. Water heater in the shower took a while to heat up.

lovely friendly place great location if you can manage steps

Every single member of staff were amazing , a relatively new property , comfortable rooms lovely beds and pillows , modern with an excellent choice of satellite channels , great Wi-fi, lovely clean pool and area, access to the beach via 72 steps, no problem if you are able to climb descend , I considered it a great location despite the stairs. The best thing about my stay was the lovely staff The breakfast was a little cold but wholesome

The Philippines has a rainy climate and the air conditioning needs to be kept on in the rooms , we requested that the daily cleaning should NOT include mopping as the floor became slippery and clothing and bedding felt damp , that sorted the problem and the staff are so accommodating

Amazing and memorable !

The property was very clean and the location was good. Very near the beach. The staff was amazing!

I thought we would get a breakfast buffet but they offered us a la carte instead and we could choose to have it in our rooms or at the restaurant.

Our stay for a week was super fun, memorable and amazing!

From the moment we checked in, we were greeted and assisted by the friendly staff. They were attentive to reasonable requests too. The place was quiet, private and safe, especially that I had young ladies with me, however, it is accessible, just a few happy steps to the beach and good food places. Filipino breakfast was also delish. An e-trike service was also available for an easy trip to D'mall. The pool was also the best place to rest and unwind after a full day of Boracay water activities! Thank you Pinnacle for helping make our Boracay trip unforgettable.
